Bahadursingh met Sri S N Tavariyaji at his Mumbai home and learnt Rhythmic Breathing Exercises based on the Patanjali Yogasutra. This meeting would set the course of his life.
He received intensive practical training by conducting camps alongside Sri Tavariyaji as his teaching assistant for more than a year, learning not just the technique but the spirit of selfless service.
Since then, he has been practising and teaching these exercises voluntarily at a remarkable diversity of venues — from government IAS Academies to schools, colleges, judicial academies, companies, NGOs, residential societies, jails, police & military training schools, churches, temples, and more.
People have benefited tremendously from these exercises — experiencing profound improvements in physical health, mental well-being, and overall quality of life. Currently, he resides at Madhavpur under the guidance of an enlightened master, Swami Sri BrahmaVedantji, continuing his practice and sharing with all who seek.
